I cut the wizards out of different color acrylic. The basic design was a wizard, the base, and a holder. The holder is for a place to keep the treasure with the wizard. I found someone’s design on the net like that and I can not find it again to give attribution. The holders would also work for transformations. I decided on a height of around 1.75″ for them.

The next step was to make the wizards. I scrounged a lot of clip-art on the net. The goal was to find figures that would look good in profile at the required size and were at least available for personal use. There’s a nice stl collection from Warehouse23 out there that I intentional avoided using anything like their work. At the time of this writing it’s only twenty bucks. I ended up making wizards from almost every color acrylic I had access to.
I cut squares out for the board home base squares. I play with people that have preferred colors and I don’t want them to be locked in to one board.
